IVF Treatment

Advanced reproductive technology at Georgia's finest clinics

8+ Million Babies born worldwide through IVF since 1978
The Process

Five Steps to New Life

Our partner clinics follow a meticulous, proven protocol at every stage.

1. Ovarian Stimulation

Hormone medications stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple mature eggs over 10-14 days, monitored by ultrasound.

2. Egg Retrieval

A brief, sedation-assisted procedure collects mature eggs from the ovarian follicles using ultrasound guidance.

3. Fertilization

Eggs are combined with sperm in the laboratory. ICSI may be used to inject a single sperm directly into each egg.

4. Embryo Culture

Embryos develop in a controlled incubator for 5-6 days to the blastocyst stage, monitored with time-lapse imaging.

5. Embryo Transfer

The highest-quality embryo is transferred to the uterus. Remaining viable embryos may be cryopreserved for future use.

Time-Lapse Monitoring

EmbryoScope incubators capture continuous images of embryo development, allowing embryologists to select the healthiest embryos without disturbing the culture environment.

Advanced Culture Media

Specialized sequential culture media mimic the natural environment of the female reproductive tract, supporting embryos from fertilization through blastocyst stage.

Quality Protocols

Rigorous ISO-certified laboratory standards, HEPA-filtered air systems, and strict temperature controls ensure optimal conditions for gamete and embryo handling.

Advanced Technique

ICSI — Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection

ICSI is a revolutionary micromanipulation technique where a single, carefully selected sperm is injected directly into the cytoplasm of a mature egg. This method overcomes many male factor infertility challenges and significantly improves fertilization rates.

Our embryologists use high-powered inverted microscopes and specialized micromanipulators to perform this delicate procedure with precision, achieving fertilization rates of 70-80% per injected egg.

  • Ideal for low sperm count or motility
  • Recommended after previous IVF failure
  • Used with surgically retrieved sperm
  • Standard in most surrogacy cases
Genetic Screening

PGT — Preimplantation Genetic Testing

PGT allows embryos to be screened for chromosomal abnormalities and specific genetic conditions before transfer. A few cells are safely biopsied from each embryo and analyzed, ensuring only genetically healthy embryos are selected for transfer.

This technology is especially valuable for intended parents using egg donors or surrogates, as it provides peace of mind and significantly reduces the risk of miscarriage or chromosomal conditions.

  • Screens all 23 chromosome pairs
  • Detects single-gene disorders
  • Enables gender selection where legal
  • Reduces miscarriage risk significantly
